Now, the show is making a comeback on television with its second season.
According to some media reports, the release date of KSBKBT 2 has been revealed.

Apart from Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay, the cast of Season 2 may include Shagun Sharma, Rohit Suchanti, Hiten Tejwani, Gauri Pradhan, Shilpa Saklani, Karishma Tanna, and Mouni Roy.
However, the makers have not made an official announcement about the cast yet. Most of the names being speculated were also part of the original season.
Producer Ekta Kapoor is bringing back the popular TV serial. Originally launched in the year 2000, the show ran successfully for eight years and broke several TRP records.
The new season is expected to feature some of the original cast members.
The original KSBKBT 2 premiered on July 3, 2000.
Based on media reports, Season 2 is also expected to launch on the same date.

This Famous Actor Will Appear in a Cameo Role
The show is being produced by Ekta Kapoor. Reports suggest that her father, veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra, will be seen in a cameo role in the new season.
However, further details about his role have not been disclosed yet.
Several reports suggest that Smriti Irani will reprise her iconic role as Tulsi Virani in KSBKBT 2.
She will bring her legendary character back to life. Actor Amar Upadhyay is also likely to return as Mihir.
However, there is no official confirmation from the production team yet. Interestingly, many actors from the original cast were seen at Ekta Kapoor’s recent birthday celebration.
The original show featured notable names like Mouni Roy, Ronit Roy, and Jaya Bhattacharya in key roles.
Filming for the new season is currently underway, and Smriti Irani is shooting under heavy Z+ security.
