Hosted by renowned Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar, the first season was shot at a grand palace in Jaipur, away from Mumbai, featuring 20 contestants.
In just the first week of airing, contestants like Raj Kundra, Karan Kundrra, Lakshmi Manchu, and Sahil Salathia have already been eliminated.
Having been part of several shows like Roadies, Bigg Boss, and Lock Upp, Karan’s elimination from “The Traitors” has surprised many.
Now, his girlfriend and popular TV actress Tejasswi Prakash has finally reacted.

Talking about his elimination, Karan shared, “Teju told me that betrayal, deceit, and backstabbing – the kind of things that happen in a show like this – are not my cup of tea.”
He also mentioned that Tejasswi had said the same thing to him three years ago during Bigg Boss 15.
At that time too, Tejasswi had outshined him and won the Bigg Boss trophy.
The couple fell in love during their time inside the Bigg Boss 15 house.
Karan was eliminated because his own team suspected him of being a “traitor.”
Surprisingly, close friends like Jasmin Bhasin, rapper Raftaar, and Jannat Zubair voted him out.
Karan had worked with Jasmin on Laughter Chefs and shared a strong friendship.
He also had a long working relationship with Raftaar through MTV, which had brought them close. Their betrayal came as a major blow to Karan.
